I studied photo journalism at U of I and spent nine years working for newspapers – where telling a story is just as much about what’s happening as it is about what’s happening around the moment.

Weddings days are no different.

I have been shooting weddings for 15 years and feel honored for the opportunity to document the most important day in a couple’s lives… but more so, what that day looks like and feels like in the community of people gathered to celebrate.
