Photographing Missy & Danny’s wedding was an absolute blast from start to finish. From the moment we met, they brought an infectious, joyful energy that made everything feel easy and natural in front of the camera.

I want to take this opportunity to reflect on the past year and share some of my favorite images. Both 2021 and 2022 were full of big changes for myself and my family. I married my beautiful wife Claire in 2021, bought house in 2022, fixed up that house, then moved and welcomed our equally beautiful and amazing son Arthur into the world.

Tam and Brandon’s wedding day was full of color, creativity, laughter and love. Their summer wedding took place at Carnivale Chicago, which is filled to the brim with vibrant South American decor, and paired perfectly with the energy of the day.

Jenny & Marc were a true joy to photograph, and I’m so grateful to Emily Bollinger at The Simply Elegant group for connecting us! From getting ice cream during their engagement session, to an amazing party at City Winery, the couple was honestly a lot of fun to work with. You should check out their engagement photos here!

After a year so full of uncertainty and worry, I wanted to reflect on the work I was able to create, and the people who so graciously allowed me into their lives. I cannot express the gratitude I feel for the clients who stuck with me during a extremely difficult time in the wedding industry.

My final wedding of 2018 could not have been with a better couple. Kate & Kris were simply a joy to work with, from the engagement session to their wedding.

To date, still one of my favorite weddings. The combination of classic style with a non-traditional format was perfect. Above all, the couple simply wanted everyone attending to have a blast with them.

Modern, stylish, and luxurious, Teddy and Ryan’s wedding is one for the books. I was lucky enough to meet Teddy and Ryan through Lindsey of Simply Elegant Group and I could instantly tell they were one amazing, powerhouse couple.

Very much looking forward to photographing Jessica & Michael’s mini-wedding this weekend, so I wanted to share their engagement photos! I had an absolutely blast photographing their engagement session. We hit many of my favorites spots around Chicago. Kicked things off at the Art Institute of Chicago South Garden.

If there’s one word I could use to describe Jessica and Mike’s wedding day, it would be energetic! They are such a positive and sweet couple that I knew this day was going to be an exciting one.

After having a great time with Sara and Mike with their engagement session, I knew their wedding was sure to be a fun one. Needless to say, it was! With stunning views and lots of greenery, The Mountain Top Ski Resort was the perfect location for their celebration.

Their wedding was held at one of the more unique venues I’ve photographed…. The Glessner House. It’s an historic gilded era mansion in the South Loop.
